You would receive a reply within 24 hours. - Item reservation is on a first-come-first-served basis. Collection / Delivery - You may choose to self-collect the items at Pine Close (Old Airport Road area) or Aljunied MRT station at no extra charge. - You may also choose to have the items delivered to you via registered mail. Postage fee will be borne by the customer, depending on the items purchased. Items that are in stock will reach you within 5 days. Mode of payment - Payment can be made via inter-bank fund transfer to POSB Savings Account. - Please make payment within 48 hours after your reservation has been acknowledged. If payment is not received by then, the items you have reserved would be released for sale. - You can also pay in cash if you choose to self-collect. This is subject to our discretion.
